San Diego Boat Show

There's no question about it - The first San Diego Sunroad Boat Show last January was an unqualified success! With the endorsement of the San Diego Unified Port District and the backing of Sunroad Enterprises, the new boat show fulfilled the promise of keeping the San Diego Boat Show tradition not only alive but kicking!

The new show venue at the Sunroad Resort Marina on San Diego's scenic Harbor Island is a natural show venue, offering a seamless waterfront flow from the on-land to the in-water exhibits. The show atmosphere is festive, complete with big crowds, a rock band, good food, and free boat rides.

Exhibitors universally give the show top marks - some even reporting the sale of boats and yachts on the spot. Most exhibitors observed that attendees seemed unusually qualified and genuinely interested in boating. The show is the brainchild of Jim Behun, Sunroad's marina manager. "We've got a tough act to follow for next year", said Behun, "but we're up for the challenge".
